Foyer & Friendship Hall

There is a sacred fullness to this season. An aliveness that is expansive, yet deeply immersive.
Light pours like honey over the lands, fortifying the Earth with the rich presence of vitality. The same vitality that we inspire to express as we open our hearts to the sacred gift of cacao and guide our bodies through the ancient art of expressive movement…moving in tempo along the pulse of the living world.
Our Journey
We begin with cacao*, received as a plant ally, an offering of the Earth that invites us into presence, softens the heart, and attunes us to the subtle rhythms within.
From this place of connection, we enter into organic expressive movement as an expression of reverent celebration for all that is Alive within and around us this season.
As we allow movement to wane we release into shared presence with the floral community, inspiring summer’s unfolding within and around through a flower blessing and aromatherapy infused meditation.
Gentle Invitations:
Wear clothing that is breathable and comfortable to move in
Consider shoes that are supportive. If you prefer to dance barefoot, that is welcome.
Consider a mat, towel, or blanket to create your space on the Earth.
Mug for cacao* (some will be provided)
You are welcome to bring streamers, scarves, or other accessories that compliment your expressive movement
Bring a flower to share in our flower blessing
*For those who need an alternative to cacao, herbal tea will be provided for you.
If you have never participated in expressive movement before, please know that there is no “technique”, right or wrong way of doing things. The music encourages an unfolding of movement within and around. Movement can be done standing or seated depending on one’s ability and preference.
This is a trauma sensitive gathering. All who attend self-determine if movement is aligned for them in the moment. Enjoying the music from a seated or reclined position is an alternative to movement. We stay connected to the current and one another through breath.

Fall Equinox Gathering
There is a quiet moment in the season when something within begins to shift. When transformation…alchemy is asking to be witnessed.
This season gives us quiet permission to answer this call. The light softens. The air cools. The Earth tilts.
And the body naturally turns inward, toward warmth, truth, and what feels most real.
Together, we gather at this threshold, around the steady presence of fire, to be in relationship with change as it moves around us…through us.
This is a ceremony of transformation.
Women's Full Moon Circle
Harvesting Wisdom. Allowing Presence.
There are seasons for planting.
There are seasons for tending.
And then there are seasons for harvest.
Beneath the golden glow of the Harvest Moon, we gather in sacred circle to pause and honor the abundance that has quietly taken root within our lives. Together, we will reflect on the growth, blessings, and inner transformations that have emerged through the turning of the seasons.
For countless generations, women have gathered beneath the moon's light. Around fires and hearths, beneath open skies and among the rhythms of the Earth, they came together to share wisdom, celebrate life's passages, tend one another's hearts, and remember their belonging within the great web of life. Though times have changed, something ancient still stirs when women gather in circle.
The moon has long been a symbol of the feminine, of intuition, creativity, inner knowing, and the sacred cycles that shape our lives. She reminds us that wisdom does not always arrive through striving. Sometimes it emerges through listening. Through stillness. Through trust in what is ripening unseen.
As we gather beneath the Harvest Moon, we honor both the visible harvests and the quieter ones…the courage cultivated, the boundaries strengthened, the healing embraced, the truth spoken, and the subtle ways our spirits have grown.
Together we will:
Share in water ceremony.
Reflect on the blessings, lessons, and growth that have emerged through the season.
Honor the visible and invisible harvests unfolding within our lives.
Explore gentle practices designed to deepen intuition and self-awareness.
Listen for what is ready to be celebrated, received, and carried forward.
Reconnect with the ancient rhythms of nature, Spirit, and the feminine soul.
You are invited to bring:
An Earth offering to share with our altar
Ancestral photos that inspire your feminine energy
Water vessel to carry home the full moon waters (if you do not have one, one will be available for you at circle)
A mug for tea, a blanket to rest onto
Spirit Drum Circle
Emerging Presence
Listening closely to the conversation between heartbeat and horizon.
Join Anaiya and community for an evening of rhythmic drumming, connection, and intention setting designed to attune your Spirit tempo to that of the Universe.
As spring ripens toward summer and the days stretch long and golden, we gather in circle to honor the rhythms of the Earth in her season of growth. The soil is warm. The air is alive. The pulse of life is steady and rising.
May's drum circle is an invitation to align with that living rhythm, the same cadence that moves sap through the trees, wind through the tall grasses, and breath through our bodies.

Spring Equinox Gathering
There comes a moment in the turning of the seasons when balance returns. When winter stillness exhales, and life begins to move from the center outward, breathing vitality back into the living world.
The Spring Equinox serves as a quiet threshold for this sacred dance of equilibrium to emerge.
When balance renews in the outer world it offers us an opportunity to reflect on our inner landscape, serving as an invitation for the matter body, mind, and spirit to gently attune to the unfolding season within and around. This moment offers a conscious reminder that our entire Being stirs, transforms, adapts, and aligns for new growth that creates space for new possibilities to emerge.
This gathering honors that sacred stirring.
Our Gatherings
🌿
Each gathering is an invitation into presence. Our shared space is one that empowers choice, honors body autonomy, and inspires intuitive direction.
Together, we honor and celebrate the unique expression of one another. We attune to the respectful rhythms of deep listening, silent witnessing, and holding compassionate space for authentic presence.
Our space is co-created. Though gentle guidance is present, there is no one “leader” or “expert”. Nothing is given to you; rather, you are awakening what is already within and ready to be expressed.
We often begin by arriving together, gently settling into the body, the breath, and the shared container around us. From there, the experience unfolds in a natural rhythm, guided with care and openness.
Our time may include moments of stillness, quiet reflection, and shared connection. At times we create with the Earth, weaving mandalas, working with natural elements, or engaging in simple ritual that honors the energy of the moment.
You are invited to move as your body requests, to rest when needed, and to engage in a way that feels true for you.
Music may be present as a supportive undercurrent, gentle, spacious, and often without lyrics, offering a stream of sound that allows your own inner experience to flow.
No prior experience is needed.
Only a willingness to arrive.
Frequent Curiosities
-
Our shared spaces are co-created with the intention to foster inner harmony. Those who attend are welcome to speak into the circle if a share will support their release or the collective wisdom of the group. No one is ever pressured to share. Silence is often a healing salve for the Soul.
-
You are invited to wear clothing that is comfortable to be present in; meaning clothing that is not distracting, binding, or impeding breath.
-
You are welcome to bring any tpe of offering for the Earth altar. The altar is a symbolic form of gratitude that we share in recognition that the Earth holds us, nourishes us, and provides us with a space to gather. At the end of each gathering, the items are released back to the Earth in renewal.
-
You may find comfort in bringing a yoga mat, soft blanket, or meditation cushion. Something that anchors you into your space. Meditation seats and chairs are always provided.
During most of our gatherings space is created for silent witnessing or reflection. Bringing a journal or something to pour your thoughts into for later reflection may be supporting.
